Most of the Island Villa Owners ("IVO's") do not reside in Phuket, and are resident throughout many parts of the world. Additionally, the IVO's are comprised of over 18 different nationalities, with varying degrees of time they are able to allocate to reviewing issues related to the management of their properties. Hence traditionally it has been difficult to coordinate discussions amongst the IVO's relating to the management of the Island Villas and the interaction between the IVO's and the hotel management.

This website has been created and designed to assist the IVO's with the following objectives:

• Create a more convenient manner in which the IVO's are able to communicate with one another.
• Coordinate discussion regarding specific subjects or issues that arise throughout the year.
• Provide a centralized location at which the Angsana hotel (or whatever Hotel management group is subsequently appointed by the IVO's to be responsible for the management of the Island Villas), to load documentation regarding AGM's, annual financials, cost analysis, breakdown of Sinking Funds allocation for amounts BELOW THB 100,000, and so on.
• Enable the Committee representing the IVO's best interests to review and approve or disapprove of hotel management applications to spend any amount IN EXCESS of THB 100,000 of the IVO's Sinking Fund.
• Maintain clear historical records of documentation and past events relating to the management of the Island Villas for reference by both current and future IVO's.
